Refund policy

 

Any return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
If the item you received is defective (please note: overlock threads sticking out and chalk marks are not considered defects), please inform us promptly.

Here are the steps to make a return:

  • Send an email to: ayada.sav@gmail.com

  • Email subject: Return of order No. [you will find your order number in your confirmation email]

  • Indicate in your email the item(s) you wish to return

  • Fill in the withdrawal form that will be sent to you by email

  • You will receive an email with all the necessary return information.

Returns are made via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. The return address will be provided by email. Returns must be sent back within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

We accept returns provided that the clothing items are in their original condition, meaning that the items must not be damaged, stained, washed, deformed, worn, with no makeup marks, and all tags must still be intact. The items must be returned in their original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing or incorrect, €1 per missing/damaged packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you decide to return an item, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not refund shipping fees.
The processing time after receiving your return is 10 business days.

After verifying the item(s), we will proceed with the refund in the form of a gift card (shipping and return costs are not refunded).
We offer gift card refunds as a first option to facilitate processing. However, if the customer prefers a refund in cash, they just need to mention it in their email.

If items have been worn or stained, we will not be able to proceed with an exchange for the simple reason that these items can no longer be offered for sale, and our general terms and conditions of sale have not been respected.

We also invite you to refer to the Terms and Conditions, which were expressly read and accepted at the time of your order.

PARCEL NOT COLLECTED BY THE CLIENT

If you choose Mondial Relay or Chronopost, you agree to collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by those services.
Any return of a parcel does not guarantee that it will be returned to us, and therefore does not guarantee a refund.

If you would like your order resent, it will be entirely at your expense.
We will contact the client, who will have 7 days to respond. If no response is received, the refund will be automatically processed in the form of a gift card only.

Platform transaction fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by the platforms themselves and are completely beyond our control.

Here are the applicable fees:

Credit card payment:

  • 1.8% + €0.25 for European cards

  • 3% + €0.25 for British cards

  • 3% + €0.25 for international cards

Scalapay payment:

  • 3.99% + €0.30
