Shipping policy

Our shipping times are between 24 and 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You must also add the delivery time of the carriers, which may vary depending on the provider:

Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 days for France, and 3 to 10 days for Belgium and Germany

Colissimo: 2 business days

Happy Post: approximately 10 to 13 days. Once the parcel is picked up by Mondial Relay, it will then be handed over to a local carrier. Feel free to contact us if needed.

Customs fees may apply for certain countries and are the responsibility of the customer.
